WhatsChanged provides businesses with the ideal tool to capture, manage and ultimately maximise their variations. The mobile app allows real-time capture of variations, on site, while the web app allows businesses to control and track drawing changes/amendments. The app is pre-populated with all your company’s details making variation capture instantaneous. Once a variation is created (with supporting information in text, photo, video or audio formats) for a specific project, the appropriate Quantity Surveyor and Line Manager are notified. The QS applies a value (attaching the necessary supporting documentation) for approval by his/her Line Manager. The Directors of the business have full visibility of the status and progress of each variation supported by a bespoke reporting solution.

Information flows continuously within the project team, informing all parties of action taken or information required. The value information, attributed to the variation, is limited to the commercial team, with authorisation and responsibility being transparent. This clarity of vision allows the business understand where revenue(s) are being lost and how to maximise these in the future.

The commercially sensitive information within WhatsChanged is totally secure, all necessary additions and changes made by your own in-house Administrator, with WhatsChanged in support.
